My TID, the New Way to Manage Your Account!

We’re excited to welcome you to the new My TID customer portal, which replaces our previous Ebills site. We’ve made some great improvements, such as additional payment options, access to your energy usage information, as well as a number of other tools to help manage your account.

Click the button below to access the new My TID site. Returning customers previously registered with the Ebills site can use their existing email address as their user name, but will need to reset their password during the first sign-in on the My TID Customer Portal. Saved payment methods in the Ebills site will need to be re-established in the My TID site.

We’ve partnered with a few new providers to help us improve your online experience. You can expect to see “DSS and Opower” in the URL and be redirected to Paymentus when making a payment.
