A Login is what is used to uniquely identify a system user to the system. TID's Online Bill Presentation System requires use of an email address combined with a password for this purpose. When TID customers register to use the Online Bill Presentation system, the system creates a login for them based on the email address and password provided.

When a customer number is registered, you will receive a confirmation Email to ensure that TID has the correct Email address entered in the online system. You will need to click on the link inside of that Email in order to activate your online account.

On the login page, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. You will be taken to the "Reset Password" page. Once there, type in the Email address that you registered with and click "Reset Password." A temporary password will be emailed to you. The Email will have a link to click on that allows for re-authorizing the account. Without clicking on the link, the password reset will not be in effect .

You may re-register with the same Email address or a new one.
