Your email address, TID account number and the last 4 digits of the Primary Account Holder’s identifying information (usually a Social Security or Driver’s License number) provided when starting service with TID.

The primary account holder is the person who set up the electric account with TID. It is also the first name listed on your monthly statement.
You can find your account number listed on the top left corner of your monthly billing statement. If you do not have your statement please contact Customer Service at (209) 883-8222 or customerservice@tid.org
